Partijen voor dieren doen mee aan Internationale Dag tegen Homofobie, Bifobie en Transfobie
Verschillende zusterpartijen van de Partij voor de Dieren (o.a. de Duitse zusterpartij Partei Mensch Umwelt Dierschutz en de Portugese PAN ) hebben op 17 mei hun steun betuigd voor bescherming van LHBTI-groepen tegen haat en geweld.
Jaarlijks vragen LHBTI+ organisaties wereldwijd op 17 mei internationaal aandacht voor het verschijnsel homo-, bi- en transgenderhaat en de sociale onwenselijkheid daarvan. In Nederland vroeg PINK!, de jongerenorganisatie van de Partij voor de Dieren, op Facebook aandacht hiervoor.
De Portugese en Duitse partijen voor de dieren spreken zich uit tegen homofobie, bifobie en transfobie.
On 17 May, several of the Party for the Animals’ sister parties, including the German Partei Mensch Umwelt Dierschutz and the Portuguese PAN, expressed their support for the protection of LGBTI groups against hate and violence.
Every year on 17 May LGBTI organisations worldwide raise awareness of the phenomenon of homophobia, transphobia and biphobia and its social undesirability. In the Netherlands, the Party for the Animals’ youth organisation PINK! drew attention to the issue on Facebook.
