Worldlog Semaine 7 – 2015

Nous avons un nouveau logo magnifique! Créé par le bureau couronné au niveau international Thonik. Je suis fière de notre nouveau look avec un papillon comme emblème. Voyez ici The Movie du nouveau logo.

Nous avons choisi pour un papillon, parce que le papillon est un animal qui symbolise l’environnement et la nature avec lequel le logo réunit les trois piliers du parti ; les animaux, la nature et l’environnement.

De plus un papillon représente la transformation ; d’une chenille à un papillon. Notre parti représente une transition vers une société où la durabilité, la compassion, la liberté personnelle et la responsabilité personnelle occupent le premier plan.

A part du papillon il y a deux images d’appui qui peuvent être utilisées pour des campagnes qui plaident spécifiquement pour ou contre quelque chose. Les images d’appui sont un petit cœur et une petite croix, des formes dont le nouvel emblème a été composé aussi.

Aussi cette semaine nous avons démarré avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme notre campagne pour les élections des Etats provinciaux et celles de l’Administration des Eaux. Partout dans le pays les provinces ont pris le départ avec notre nouveau logo et tous les programmes d’élection ont été publiés cette semaine. Nous y sommes prêts !

Le sénateur Niko Koffeman a fait déclaration contre un garde-chasse d’une propriété aux Pays-Bas à cause d’avoir tué des bécasses des bois protégées par la loi. Le 30 janvier des membres de la combinaison de chasse Duivenvoorde ont été pris en flagrant délit par un photographe pendant une partie de chasse illégale aux bécasses des bois.

Bientôt l’Assemblée nationale néerlandaise traitera la nouvelle loi naturelle où la chasse de plaisance et le profil de la fonction des gardes-chasse seront réglés. Aux Pays-Bas les gardes-chasse sont aussi bien des surveillants que des défenseurs des intérêts de leurs veneurs. C’est indésirable naturellement. C’est bien que le juge se penche sur les cas comme mentionnés ici!

La semaine dernière il s’est révélé que la police pour les animaux est à fond de cale financièrement. Depuis la fondation de notre parti nous plaidons déjà pour une police pour les animaux. Il y a quelques années il y avait finalement une police pour les animaux, mais à chaque fois elle est supprimée pour faire des économies. Les policiers sont d’une grande importance pour la protection de l’homme et de l’animal. Pour l’homme aussi parce que beaucoup d’enquêtes montrent qu’il y a un rapport évident entre la violence familiale et la cruauté envers les animaux. Alors quand on dépiste la cruauté envers les animaux à temps, la violence familiale peut être évitée.

Et voici encore des nouvelles de notre groupe parlementaire européen. Malheureusement notre parlementaire européenne Anja Hazekamp n’a pas réussi à convaincre le président de la commission Juncker du fait qu’il doit se mettre en frais pour convaincre le nouveau président de la Roumanie à arrêter les cruautés envers les chiens errants roumains. Dans une lettre à Anja Juncker écrit que des ‘problèmes économiques stratégiques’ avaient la priorité pendant sa réunion avec le président roumain.

Heureusement Anja n’abandonne pas la lutte! Plus tard dans l’année elle visitera la Roumanie pour insister aux gouvernement à un traitement humain des chiens errants. Sera suivi alors!

We have a beautiful new logo! It was designed by the internationally accredited agency Thonik. I am proud of our new look with a butterfly as a logo symbol. See here The Movie on the new logo.

We have chosen the butterfly because it is the animal that symbolises the environment and nature, the logo bringing together the three pillars of the party: animals, nature and the environment.

Additionally, the butterfly stands for transformation; from caterpillar to butterfly. Our party stands for transition into a community where sustainability, compassion, personal freedom and personal responsibility are central.

In addition to the butterfly, there are two supporting symbols that can be used for campaigns advocating in favour of or against something specific. The supporting symbols consist of a heart and a cross, shapes from which the new logo is constructed.

This week we started with the campaign for the forthcoming Provincial Council and Water Authority elections. All over the country, the provinces launched their campaign with our new logo and all election programmes were published this week. Bring it on!

Senator Niko Koffeman has filed against a game warden of a Dutch country estate for shooting and killing a lawfully protected woodcock. Members of the Duivenvoorde hunting syndicate were caught in the very act by a photographer on the 30th of January during an illegal hunt for woodcocks.

The Lower House will soon discuss the new Natural Law, which also stipulates pleasure hunting and the job description of game wardens. Game wardens in the Netherlands act as supervisor but they also represent the interests of their hunting leader. This is of course absolutely undesirable. It’s a good thing that the Court will consider cases as the above!

Last week, it became known that the animal cops are financially down and out. We have been advocating for animal cops since the founding of our party. They finally arrived some years ago, but their budget continues to be cut. Those cops are very important for the protection of humans and animals. Also for humans, as research showed that there is a strong connection between domestic violence and cruelty to animals. Many domestic violence cases have started off with cruelty to animals. Therefore, if cruelty to animals is detected at an early stage, it may prevent domestic violence.

And here is some news from our European political party. Unfortunately, our European MP Anja Hazekamp did not yet succeed in convincing the Commission President Juncker of the fact that he should engage in initiatives to persuade the new president of Romania to stop the cruelty to Romanian street dogs. In his letter to Anja, Juncker wrote that ‘strategic economic issues’ had priority in his meeting with the Romanian president.

Fortunately, Anja will not give up the fight! Later this year, she will pay a working visit to Romania to urge the authorities to treat the street dogs humanely. Thus to be continued!
