PAN already obtained one seat in the Portuguese national parliament and one seat in a regional parliament. Now PAN will be represented with two seats in two of the 32 municipalities, Lisbon and Cascais, and with one seat in each of the remaining 30 municipalities.

André Silva, the first parliamentarian on behalf of PAN, is very pleased with the results: “These results prove that PAN is playing a significant role in change and consciousness. They show that more and more people understand our message; that supporting a tradition of suffering and killing of animals with public money is unacceptable. ”
